Introduction

Wt-c (L) KSG filter reactor is suitable for reactive power compensation and harmonic treatment system. The filter reactor is connected with the capacitor to produce the minimum impedance or maximum impedance by using the physical characteristics of LC resonance, absorb or block the harmonic voltage and current of corresponding frequency in the power grid, so as to achieve the purpose of harmonic filtering and maintain the optimal value of system power factor,The power quality of the power grid has been significantly and effectively improved.

 

Service conditions

● the altitude shall not exceed 2500 meters;

● ambient temperature: - 20 ℃ - + 55 ℃, and its average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than + 35 ℃;

● relative humidity: no more than 90%;

● there is no corrosive gas, conductive dust and flammable and explosive medium in the surrounding environment;

● the seismic intensity shall not exceed magnitude 8;

● for indoor installation, there shall be good ventilation conditions around. If installed in the cabinet, there shall be exhaust facilities.

Technical parameters

Voltage level: it can be used for 400V, 660V, 690V, 750V, 1140V and other systems;

Tuning frequency point: 150Hz, 250Hz, 350Hz, 550hz and other different frequencies (customized by customers).

Rated insulation level: 3KV / min.

Temperature rise: the limit temperature rise of each part of the reactor, the winding shall not exceed 80K, and the iron core shall not exceed 95k;

Noise: no more than 45dB.

Inductance deviation: the difference between any two-phase reactance values of three-phase reactor shall not be greater than 3%.

Overload capacity: it can operate for a long time under power frequency plus harmonic greater than 1.35 times of rated current

Insulation grade: F / H insulation, internal thermocouple detection.
