According to the change of the input voltage of the power grid line, the analog signal of the changed voltage is transformed into digital signal through sampling by the voltage detection unit, which is processed by microcomputer, preprogrammed program and prefabricated data. The intelligent control system sends commands to the optocoupler to drive the non-contact and fast electronic switching circuit to compensate the output voltage appropriately and accurately, so as to adjust the output voltage within the allowable error of accuracy, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic voltage stabilization.
